Terms of Service
Terms governing access to dotint.careers, subscriptions, refunds, application support, and user responsibilities.
Version: 2026-05-26-v3
Last updated: 2026-05-26
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of dotint.careers (the "Service").
The Service is operated by Spherical Origins GmbH & Co. KG, Kurt-Schumacher-Str. 2, 53113 Bonn, Germany ("we", "us", "our"). You can contact us at support@dotint.careers. Further company information is available in our Impressum. Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
1. Who may use the Service
The Service is available by invitation only. You must be at least 18 years old to create or use an account.
You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure, and inform us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access. Your account is for your own use.
2. What dotint.careers provides
The Service helps users identify international career opportunities and prepare application materials. Features may include vacancy collection, profile and P.11 management, matching and ranking, CV review, application drafting assistance, vacancy notifications, and optional advisory support.
dotint.careers is not affiliated with any hiring organisation and does not apply on your behalf. You remain responsible for checking the original vacancy announcement, determining whether to apply, and submitting any application directly according to the employer's instructions.
We do not guarantee that a vacancy is still available, that you are eligible, or that you will receive an interview, offer, appointment, or any other result.
3. Your information and materials
You retain your rights in material you provide, such as your CV, P.11 data, profile entries and application drafts. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to store, reproduce, structure, analyse, adapt and display that material only as needed to provide, secure and maintain the Service and the features you request.
You must have the right to provide material you submit. Do not submit unlawful content or personal information about other people unless you are entitled to do so. Please do not enter sensitive personal information that is not needed for your job search, as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Automated assistance
The Service uses automated processing and artificial-intelligence tools to extract information, compare profiles with vacancies, explain matches and suggest application text.
Automated outputs may be incomplete or wrong. They are assistance for your own decision-making, not decisions by an employer or confirmation of eligibility. You must review and correct any generated material before using it.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- provide fraudulent, misleading or unlawful material;
- use the Service to impersonate another person or interfere with another person's account;
- attempt to circumvent access controls, obtain unauthorized data, disrupt the Service or use it for spam or abusive automation; or
- use generated material in a way that infringes rights or misrepresents your qualifications.
6. Complimentary access and paid services
New accounts receive one complimentary month of full Premium access. No paid subscription is required to use that complimentary period.
Paid plans and one-off advisory services are offered at the prices and with the included features shown before you order. Payments are processed through Stripe. If you select a paid subscription while complimentary access remains active, the paid subscription contract may be concluded at that point even if the first payment is scheduled for a later date.
You can cancel a subscription before paid billing begins. If a payment fails or a paid plan ends, paid features may cease or be reduced according to the then-current plan access.
7. Ordinary cancellation and refunds
Ordinary cancellation is separate from a statutory withdrawal right.
- Monthly plans: You may cancel for the end of the current paid monthly billing period. We do not offer a partial-month refund for an ordinary cancellation, except where mandatory law requires one.
- Annual plans cancelled by you: If you cancel early, your cancellation takes effect at the end of the monthly access period then in progress, measured from the start of the annual subscription. We calculate any refund by converting the access supplied up to that date to the equivalent monthly plan price, deducting those monthly amounts from your prepaid annual price, and deducting any included advisory appointment treated as used below at the price disclosed when you ordered. We refund the remaining balance, if any. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.
- Termination by us without breach: We may terminate a paid plan on 30 days' notice. In this case, we refund unused prepaid annual access on a simple pro-rata basis.
An unused advisory appointment included in an annual Premium plan is not deducted from an annual-plan refund. An appointment is treated as used once it has taken place, if you miss it, or if you cancel less than 48 hours before its scheduled start. You may cancel an appointment at least 48 hours before its scheduled start without that appointment being treated as used. Any replacement appointment must be arranged separately and is subject to availability.
8. Consumer withdrawal right
If you are a consumer and enter into a paid contract with us online, you normally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. The period generally starts when the paid contract is concluded, not when a later first payment is collected.
Before you complete a paid order, we provide the applicable withdrawal information and a model withdrawal form. You can exercise an applicable withdrawal right by making a clear statement to support@dotint.careers; no reason is required.
An advisor appointment included in an annual Premium subscription will not be delivered before 14 days have passed since conclusion of that paid subscription contract. If appointment scheduling is offered during that period, selectable times will start only after that period has expired.
For a separately purchased advisory service, the applicable withdrawal information and any required choice about service performance during the withdrawal period will be provided before you order.
Model withdrawal form
To withdraw from an eligible paid contract, you may email the following statement, with your details completed, to support@dotint.careers:
I hereby withdraw from the contract concluded by me for the provision of the following service: [plan or advisory service]. Ordered on: [date]. Name: [your name]. Address: [your address]. Date: [date].
You do not have to use this model form; any clear statement that identifies the contract and your decision to withdraw is sufficient.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access without advance notice where reasonably necessary because of a material breach, fraud, abuse, security risk or legal obligation. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Account deletion and data-handling requests may be submitted as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Availability and liability
We seek to provide a reliable Service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that automated output and third-party vacancy information are error-free.
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under mandatory product-liability rules, and where we have given an express guarantee. For simple negligence, we are liable only for breach of a material contractual obligation and only for damage that was foreseeable and typical when the contract was concluded. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
11. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may develop, amend or discontinue Service features. Where changes materially affect your contract or these Terms, we will give appropriate notice and obtain acceptance where required.
12. Governing law and consumer disputes
German law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply in the country of their habitual residence. Statutory rules determine the competent courts for consumer disputes.
