We have added a new feature to the CV area in dotint.careers: Review my CV. It is available for everyone, even if you are on a free plan.
This is a general CV review, not a vacancy-specific one. It looks at your profile as a whole and checks for completeness, internal consistency, chronology, clarity of language, and places where your experience may be undersold, vague, or hard to interpret.
In practical terms, this is one of the first things we recommend doing after on-boarding and uploading your CV or filling in the profile form. A stronger profile improves matching. If your education, languages, work history, work permits, or overall presentation are unclear, the platform has less to work with and your results will be worse than they could be.
You will find Review my CV in the Your CV page, near the profile section menu. The button becomes available once your profile contains the minimum information needed for matching:
- at least one education entry
- at least one nationality or one work permit
- at least one language
The review is meant to be useful, not polite. Remember though that if you ask AI to critique something, it will critique it. Use your own judgment when to stop iterating: improve what is genuinely weak but don't get carried away by an infinite improvement cycle.
We built this feature because a better profile helps you and the system take better decisions before you ever reach the application stage. A clearer CV makes matching more accurate, reduces avoidable misunderstandings, and gives you a stronger base for vacancy-specific work later.
As with the rest of dotint.careers, the goal is not more activity for its own sake. The goal is to help you get your profile into good shape early, so the platform can match you better and you can spend your time on stronger opportunities.
